At a Nov. 24 Public Meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved an increase in fees, effective January 1, 2021. All fees are non-refundable. Click here to view a list of permit and application fees.

Contractor License Requirements

Per HB19-1086 (Plumbing) effective 1-1-20 and SB19-156 (Electrical) effective 7-1-19, CityForce County Building Division will be performing license reviews during the course of normal inspections.
