Application Statuses

The Application Statuses screen allows you to create each status that an application can move through within the system. To access this screen, use the main menu to hover your mouse over Maintenance, then click on Application Status.

On this screen you can add, edit, or remove an application status.

To add a new Application Status, click Add [1]. This will open a box that allows you to type in the status name and save.

To edit an Application Status, click your curser into the Name box and edit the text.

To remove an Application Status, uncheck the Active box in the Status record. [2]

Ensure that "IsApproval" is checked for any record that is considered an approved status.

Click Save in the upper right corner of the screen to commit each of these changes.
