To Create an Account
- Navigate to your municipality's custom Connect url. The url format is as follows: https://****.cityforceinc.com/Connect/Login.aspx Note that **** is replaced with your system name. Example: if your town is named Hinckley and your CityForce system url is https://hinkley.cityforceinc.com, your Connect login is https://hinckley.cityforceinc.com/Connect/Login.aspx
- Click on Get Started
- Enter your email address, first and last name, and click Sign Up. You will then receive an email.
Click the link in your email to begin using Connect.
Enter in a new password, verify the password, then click Reset Password. You are now logged into connect.
Select whether you are a homeowner or contractor, then click Save.
