Email Templates
Email Templates provide the formatting for emails that are sent from within the CityForce system. Each CityForce system is pre-populated with a series of email templates for standard emails such as inspection approved, inspection scheduled, permit application received, etc. Existing email templates can be accessed through the main menu by hovering over Maintenance and clicking on Email Templates.
Due to the complex nature of field mapping involved with editing email templates, we recommend that customers contact support for assistance with adding or editing email templates.
