How to verify the owner email address

Navigate to the parcel and review the owner information in the top right area of the parcel record. This includes the email address that notifications will be sent to when the "Include Owner Email" box is checked.

How to verify the contractor email address

Within the permit screen, scroll down to the Applicant field. When the applicant is a contractor all the contact information from the contractor record is displayed, including the email address. If the contractor email address is missing or incorrect for this permit, it can be updated on the permit screen.
